Northeast Council of
W.I.C.C.A. is a
collective group of Wiccans, Witches and Pagans acting as a networking organization in the
Northeastern
United States. All seekers are welcomed to join our Local Chapter
in Upstate New York or
use the benefits offered to our Electronic
Community which services regional areas across the United States and
Canada to promote programs and activities
offered in Pagan Communities in the Northeast.
We are a member-driven organization committed to
networking and service to the community. All sponsored events and
activities are provided by the time, talent, and donations of our members
and contributing sponsors. If
