at Linda Hanley’s house. Each year a new form must be completed in order to renew your membership. MEMBERSHIPS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN November 1, 2007. Thank you very much.

Terms of Service

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service regarding membership to Northeast Council of W.I.C.C.A.:

1. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to submit documentation showing proof of age if requested.
2. I understand that Membership Dues and / or Supporting Contributions are not yet tax deductible.
3. I also understand that Memberships are renewable on an annual basis and are billed and payable to Northeast Council of W.I.C.C.A..
4. I agree to uphold the by-laws of this organization and act in accordance with principles stated therein.
5. It is also agreed that as a member(s) of this Council that community-based volunteering of 10 hours per year is required.

LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP

Listed below are four membership levels and related benefits and conditions of membership.

Individual Membership - Annual Dues $10.00
These memberships shall be general and entitled to one vote per membership at NEC meetings. They are individuals who choose to participate principally as the volunteer manpower needed to support Council objectives reflective of our mission.

Those who successfully complete the Wicca 101 course sponsored by Northeast Council of W.I.C.C.A. will automatically receive an individual membership free of charge for one full year if desired.

Tiers of Individual Membership:

TIER #1

Supporting Member – Actively involved to promote NEC Goals and Objectives by attending at least six (6) General Membership Meetings per year, plus the mandatory General Membership Meeting held each November; volunteering services (perhaps by serving on a committee, organizing a volunteer activity, assisting with newsletter, community outreach, etc. Will have voting privileges.

TIER #2

Affiliate Member – Believes in the ideals of NEC of W.I.C.C.A. and supports our goals and objectives, may be interested in serving on a committee and/or participating in events; however, not able to devote time to meetings and not interested in voting privileges.

Coven/Group Membership - Annual Dues $15.00

Membership shall be for local pagan groups/covens that meet regularly on a face to face basis to conduct religious ceremonies. The members wish to foster both unity among the Pagan community and promote awareness to the communities in which we live, by assisting with educational and community-based functions. Individuals within these groups/covens may hold individual memberships; however, such memberships shall be voted as part of the group vote not as separate votes.

Family Membership - 4 or less Annual Dues $15.00

Business Membership - Annual Dues: $25.00
Membership will be for business proprietors who wish to support and further the work of Northeast Council of W.I.C.C.A. These members are willing to assist in sponsoring Council events by providing monetary contributions or donated services to help us meet our objectives and maintain our mission. They will receive mention on our web site (with their permission).

Supporting Membership - Support Contribution
Donated Supplies / Services
Any community member or group who shares in our vision and supports Council objectives by one-time monetary contribution, advocacy, ad donated services or supplies may be a "Supporting Member." Our supporting members will be recognized (with their permission) on our web site. It's a great way for our Electronic Community to show their support!
