Northeast Council of
W.I.C.C.A. is committed to providing both community
awareness and advocacy for area Pagans. The Council strives to act
as a liaison between the Pagan community and the communities in which
they reside. This is accomplished by establishing rapports with
Pagan advocacy organizations, local police and municipal agencies,
social agencies, the
media, and area colleges and universities to act as both an
informational resource and a mediator for issues that may arise.
